What Is A Mentor?
Though parents and step-parents are the most common Mentors, parents can authorize extended family and friends to assign Wisdom Challenges.
What is a Wisdom Challenge?
Rewarded online learning experiences that come in three basic forms:

Public Challenges |

Typically three-to-ten multiple choice questions with brief study material for each question comprised of some combination of text, audio, video, or images. Some Public Challenges include one or more Action Challenges (see below). The final question in all Public Challenges asks the student to tell their Mentor the most important thing they learned taking the challenge. |

Private Challenges |

The same form as Public Challenges but created by subscribers using the WisdomRewards.com content creation engine and issued privately.

Action Challenges |

Action Challenges challenge students to accomplish a specific task and report details of the accomplishment to the Mentor who issued it. Action Challenges can either be issued on their own or embedded into Public and Private Challenges.

Multiple Choice questions test the student’s knowledge absorption.

Actions and multiple choice elements can be combined together in any fashion within a challenge.

Who creates Wisdom Challenges?
Public Challenges, available to all site users, are created by our editorial staff from original research, YouTube videos, and licensed material from books by subject matter experts we adapt into “bite sized” multiple choice tests. Private Challenges are created by WisdomRewards subscribers and are issued privately to family and friends.
Who funds Wisdom Challenges?
Private Challenge rewards are funded by Mentors. Public Challenge rewards can be funded by Mentors, commercial or non-profit sponsors, or a combination of Mentor and sponsors.
