Opening Procedure

1) Open main door (larger glass window) with yellow key.

2) Close all faucets in kitchen and both bathrooms. (8 total)

3) While upstairs, raise thermostat in hallway from 50 to 65 or more degrees.

4) Open Theater-Utility-Wine Storage downstairs exterior door with green key and turn on light switch.

5) Behind folding doors, turn water heater up from "low" to "A" setting.

6) Open yellow door, step carefully down to plank, close both faucet (drain) valves.

7) On right wall, halfway up incline, turn on round master water supply valve.

Closing Procedure:

Reverse above process but BE SURE all faucet and drain valves are COMPLETELY open.

Even with water supply off, residual water remaining in pipes will freeze and burst pipes.

It's happened before! No fun!
